DC police release more bodycam footage in shooting of Terrance Parker

D.C. police have released more bodycam footage depicting an officer fatally shooting Terrance Maurice Parker while responding to a domestic dispute on April 30.

The new video, made public Tuesday evening, shows about 19 minutes of partly redacted footage and audio, and includes what was originally released Monday.

It begins with two Metropolitan Police Department officers arriving at an apartment on the 1100 block of 4th Street SW, and ends with police administering aid to a wounded Parker. Officers are also seen recovering Parker’s handgun.

He died in a hospital later that night.

Warning: The video is graphic. Viewer discretion is advised. The shooting occurs about 8 minutes in.
