WATCH: Dr. Fauci, health officials testify before Senate committee on reopening US

Dr. Anthony Fauci — the leading infectious disease expert in the U.S. — and other health officials testified before a Senate committee Tuesday about reopening the country.

More than 80,000 people in the U.S. have died from COVID-19, according to data from Johns Hopkins University. More than 1.3 million are infected. And more than 30 million are unemployed.
