WATCH: Biden addresses joint session of Congress

President Joe Biden addressed a joint session of Congress on Wednesday night — the eve of his 100th day in office.

Biden touched on his accomplishments and his domestic and foreign policy priorities moving forward. He also outlined his American Families Plan, described as a “human infrastructure” bill focusing on child care, health care and education.

His address was followed by South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott, who delivered the Republican response.
