Bowser: Chemical leaks contained from CSX derailment in D.C.

Crews have contained chemical leaks caused when a CSX freight train derailed near the Rhode Island Metro station on Sunday morning. At least one of the cars was leaking hazardous materials; non-hazardous leaks were later found in two other cars. Metrorail service is expected to resume later Sunday night on that portion of the Red Line route. However, major disruptions are expected on MARC's Brunswick line Monday.
