Governor calls for statewide prayer and peace

People seeking racial justice and rebuilding for Baltimore have planned a day of relative calm, even as others chafed under a curfew set to expire early Monday. Gov. Larry Hogan has called for a statewide “Day of Prayer and Peace” today.
