Captured: Escaped prisoner caught

Escaped prisoner Wossen Assaye is in federal custody after a nine-hour manhunt that started when he fled from Inova Fairfax Hospital early Tuesday. Assaye’s escape prompted a lockdown at the hospital and the closure of multiple roads and led to two carjackings and a car crash before he was spotted on the streets of D.C.
