Citywide curfew lifted in Baltimore

Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake said the city has reached a point of calm where an evening curfew is no longer necessary. Meanwhile, Gov. Larry Hogan called for a 'day of prayer' and businesses began to clean up after days of unrest following the death of Freddy Gray.
