Trump didn’t coordinate with Russia in 2016, report declares

In a four-page letter to Congress, Attorney General William Barr said Mueller set out “evidence on both sides of the question” and stated that “while this report does not conclude the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.” Trump celebrated that the report showed "there was no collusion."
