FROST ADVISORY in effect from 2 am-8 am for Frederick, Howard, Carroll and Montgomery Counties in MD and in Loudoun, Fauquier and other VA Counties bordering the Blue Ridge.

High pressure will continue in control of our weather for a while longer. It will be cold again tonight but not as cold as recent nights. Scattered areas of frost may be possible in areas north and west of Washington. Skies will be mostly cloudy tomorrow and temperatures will continue to be about 10 degrees below average. A cold front will cross the area in the late Friday/early Saturday time frame. Some computer models suggest a disturbance may develop along the front and create the chance for a little rain but we believe if that happens it will be south and east of our area. In fact, we are forecasting partly cloudy skies for Saturday and mostly sunny skies for Easter Sunday. We expect highs to reach the upper 60s on both days.
