Teddy is an Assistant Editor at WTOP.

He joined the WTOP News team after graduating from the University of Delaware, where he served as Sports Director for WVUD, the student-run radio station, and as an Editor for The Review, the student-run newspaper.

Teddy hosted weekly podcasts and radio shows during his time in Delaware, but he’s most proud of his work in investigating a toxic culture in the Delaware volleyball program, when he and a friend spent months talking to former players and charting a pattern of verbal abuse. The story, “‘Psychological warfare’: Over 14-year career, fired volleyball coaches ‘operated on a platform of fear'”, received numerous awards and was recognized on social media by several nationally-renowned sports journalists.

In addition to his work in college, Teddy has spent three summers with Nats Xtra, the Washington Nationals pre- and postgame show on MASN, working closely with hosts Johnny Holliday and Ray Knight.

A native to the Washington area, Teddy is a proud graduate of Quince Orchard High School in Gaithersburg, where he often finds time to volunteer as Public Address Announcer for athletics events. He is an active member at his synagogue, serving as a tutor for kids preparing for their Bar and Bat-Mitzvahs.

Teddy enjoys sitting alongside so many hard-working and talented people at WTOP and considers himself very lucky to work at a station he remembers hearing in the car ever since he was a little kid.
