Hannah Parker works as a writer and editor for WTOP. Prior to moving back to the D.C. area, she worked as the associate producer for an art show for Central Virginia’s PBS station in Richmond, where she was nominated for four Capital Emmy awards.
She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2019, where she earned two bachelor’s degrees in broadcast journalism and Spanish. Hannah is most interested in covering social issues in the D.C. area and is always looking for news tips and story ideas.
