PHOTOS: Snow blankets DC region for 2nd time in a week

Flurries began to come down early Friday morning, bringing snowy conditions to the D.C. area for the second time in a week.

As snow begins to build up and complicate morning commutes, WTOP is out on the roads covering traffic and snapping pictures of what roads look like in real time.
