TripAdvisor names 10 best value hotels in America

WASHINGTON — Need a place to stay during your fall travels? Here are the 10 best value hotels across the country this season, according to TripAdvisor.

And high on the list is a hotel located right in D.C.

The list is based on TripAdvisor’s price comparison of 200 booking sites and traveler reviews. The travel site looked at several qualifying criteria, which included hotels that cost less than $300 per night with at least 3.5 stars and at least a four-bubble rating on the website.

10. Mayflower Park Hotel – Seattle, Washington Enjoy this historical building in a downtown Seattle location. Take a walk to Pike Place Market or hop on the Monorail to get to the Space Needle. “Believe all of the positive reviews for the Mayflower!
