DMV cancels driving tests in D.C.

Most driving tests in D.C. scheduled between Sept. 24 and Oct. 11 are canceled, the District of Columbia Department of Motor Vehicles announced Tuesday.

D.C. speed cameras cost $52M to operate for three years
