Brewery description: An unsweetened oak-aged cherry beer of mixed fermentation, featuring a blend of old Flemish ale, lambic and sour cherries.
ABV: 7.0 percent
Greg’s pairing suggestions: Rabbit; anything salty and meaty (charcuterie, sausages, pâté); steak frites; beef stew; meats on the grill and Texas barbecue.
