Human trafficking legislation introduced in Montgomery County (Video)

ROCKVILLE, Md. — Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett is asking the County Council to approve legislation giving police additional tools to combat human trafficking. The legislation will impose new regulations on “bodyworks” establishments which a County Executive’s task force says have become a common venue for human trafficking.
