Brewery: Evil Twin Brewing
Brewery Description: The beer is based on the classic winter drink, Irish coffee. It’s brewed with lactose, Demerara sugar, nutmeg, vanilla, medium-toasted oak spirals and coffee from Tandem Coffee Roasters in Portland, Maine.
ABV: 10.3 percent
Greg’s pairing suggestions: St. Patrick’s Day food (corned beef and cabbage), all kinds of stews, Shepherd’s pie, colcannon with sausages on the side.
