Chiefs 29 The Redskins did some good things on a Monday night for a change: They stopped Kansas City’s streak of games with a 50 yard touchdown, Vernon Davis moved to 10th on the all-time receiving list among tight ends, and went toe-to-toe with the last undefeated team in the NFL. Seahawks 46 Seattle outscored Indy 36-3 in the second half to post their highest scoring prime-time game in 15 years. Vikings 7 The sad irony here is that Dalvin Cook may not play again this year because of a noncontact knee injury. That’s a huge loss for a Minnesota offense that’s struggled without the brittle Sam Bradford. Meanwhile, Detroit’s surprising 3-1 start can be summed up in one word: Turnovers. But give New Orleans credit — they’re only the third team since the advent of the forward pass to go turnover-free in their first four games of the season and their much-maligned defense pitched a shutout to take a huge step toward respectability.
