Gunfire in Prince William County troubles residents

WASHINGTON — There’s been another case of shots fired in Prince William County.

Neighbors on Kenton Circle in Montclair reported hearing shots Wednesday night. Police found the street littered with bullet shells.

A witness reported seeing someone drive away, but couldn’t provide a description.

Prince William County police tell Inside Nova they believe the shots were fired into a wooded area. There were no injuries.

Several homes have been damaged by gunshots in the past month.

Police do not believe any of the incidents are related.
