Police: Man found dead in Fort Washington

WASHINGTON — Police in Prince George’s County, Maryland are investigating a homicide after a man was found dead Sunday night.

Police say officers were called to the 2700 block of Tucker Road in Fort Washington around 9:45 p.m. to investigate a single car crash.

When officers arrived, they found a man with “trauma to the upper body.” He was pronounced dead on the scene.

According to Prince George’s County police, detectives do not believe it is a random act. No information about a possible suspect or suspects has been released, and the incident remains under investigation.
