WASHINGTON — While the roads are getting worse and the snow piles up, Amtrak says they’re still looking at relatively smooth sailing.
Amtrak spokesman Marc Magliari tells WTOP that they’ll still be running “a good bit of our service” on Tuesday – it all depends on where in the Northeast you’re headed.
If you’re headed north of D.C., you should be OK, Magliari says – “we’re running almost everything.” If you’re looking south, you might have a problem, but about half the trains are still running, he says.
