The 2027 NFL draft is heading to the nation’s capital.
President Donald Trump made the formal announcement on Monday at the White House alongside NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, Commanders’ owner Josh Harris and D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser.
It’s the latest off-field victory for the Commanders; last week the team shared details of an agreement with Bowser to build a stadium on the old RFK site. That deal is still pending council approval.
