Fairfax Co. bus drivers surprised with sweet treats

Friday was a “sweet” day for bus drivers in Fairfax County, Virginia as they were surprised with baked goods for their work.

Before their Friday routes, FCPS Superintendent Michelle Reid, her leadership team and members of the school transportation team handed out scones and other treats made by local bakery Cameron’s Coffee and Chocolates.

The baked goods shop employs several former FCPS students with intellectual disabilities.

Apple Federal Credit Union sponsored the event with a donation.
