Paris Hilton was on Capitol Hill Tuesday, flanked by advocacy groups and U.S. House and Senate members, to discuss abusive congregate care facilities.
“I’m here to say that it’s the truth, I experienced it myself and I want to put an end to this,” Hilton said.
