Woman arrested linked to Arlington Co. fatal house-party shooting

WASHINGTON — Police have arrested a Capitol Heights, Maryland, woman for her alleged role in a fatal shooting at an Arlington County house party last month. 

Monique Williams, 27, was arrested Feb. 20 in Prince George’s County and extradited to Virginia. She has been charged with accessory after the fact for her role in a Feb. 19 shooting in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Arlington.

Williams is being held in the Arlington County Detention Center on no bail.

Police continue to look for their main suspect in the fatal shooting, 37-year-old Jason Allen Johnson of D.C. According to police, Johnson shot and killed Michael Gray, 23, of Manassas, in the early hours of Feb. 19.
