Despite heat, no records broken in DC region

WASHINGTON — While the heat may have felt pretty unbearable the past few days, temperatures the D.C. region have managed to stay below records.

On Sunday, all the major regional airports officially stayed just below 100 degrees, even though the humidity made it feel like 100. There’s a more likely chance that temperatures will reach 100 on Monday, which would tie a record high temperature for D.C.

Here’s a summary of the high temperatures since last Friday.
