WASHINGTON — Some Dave Matthews Band concertgoers returned to their cars for a surprise after rain flooded the Jiffy Lube Live parking lot in Prince William County, Virginia, on Saturday.

Just before 9 p.m., Prince William County Fire and Rescue received a call about high water in the parking lot of Jiffy Lube Live where the concert was just starting.

The flooding was caused by a drainage outlet in the stormwater management pond that was blocked.

A water rescue unit was deployed, but there were no rescues or injuries reported.

Tow trucks remained on the scene until after the concert to help people remove their cars from the parking lot. As many as 20-30 vehicles were damaged and required assistance.
