WASHINGTON — Prince George’s County police are investigating a shooting early Monday morning as a homicide.
Police responded to the 5400 block of Carters Lane, close to the intersection of Kenilworth Avenue in Riverdale at 7:15 a.m. and found the man in the roadway with multiple gunshot wounds.
Emergency crews rushed the man to the hospital in critical condition, but died about an hour later.
Police have not released details about the man’s identity.
