WASHINGTON —Police have made an arrest in last week’s fatal shooting in Clinton, Maryland.
Antonio Barnett, 25, of Waldorf, Maryland, has been charged with first-degree murder, according to District Court records accessed online.
Prince George’s County police said the charges were tied to the shooting death of Carl Marshall.
Marshall was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the 5300 block of Vienna Drive on April 16. Marshall died at the scene. Police responded to the call at 10 p.m.
On Saturday, Barnett was being held without bail. His next court hearing was scheduled for May 19, according to court records accessed online.
