DETROIT (AP) — Quinton Morton-Robertson’s 24 points helped Purdue Fort Wayne defeat Detroit Mercy 83-69 on Saturday.
Morton-Robertson added three steals for the Mastodons (17-10, 8-8 Horizon League). Jalen Jackson scored 18 points and added six assists. Rasheed Bello was 6 of 11 shooting (2 for 3 from 3-point range) to finish with 15 points, while adding six rebounds.
Jayden Stone finished with 27 points and six rebounds for the Titans (1-27, 1-16). Detroit Mercy also got 17 points and eight assists from Marcus Tankersley. Edoardo Del Cadia also recorded 11 points.
