WASHINGTON — A fourth suspect was arrested and charged Friday in the rape of a 19-year-old woman last month in White Oak, Maryland, police said. The investigation continues for the remaining fifth suspect.

Mike Rolsky Antoine, 22, of White Oak, faces multiple charges, including first-degree rape, Montgomery County police said. Earlier this month, three other suspects were arrested and charged with rape: Martin Moise Chery, 21, of White Oak; Jordan W. Cobbs, 20, of Silver Spring; and Tombong S. Saidy, 18, of Wheaton.

Detectives are still trying to confirm the identity and location of the remaining fifth suspect, police said.

Officers responded to MedStar Montgomery County Medical Center in Olney following the report of a rape that happened March 28. The 19-year-old victim told investigators that she was playing dominoes with the five suspects inside of an apartment in the 11400 block of Lockwood Drive that night.

She told police everyone had been drinking and, at one point, she went to a bedroom to lie down. She said that while she was in the bedroom, she was then raped and assaulted by the five suspects.

“It was a violent act that all five suspects committed,” Montgomery County police spokesman Rick Goodale told WTOP earlier this week.

Police are asking anyone with information about this rape or the remaining suspect to contact the Special Victims Investigations Division at 240-773-5400.
