According to a press release from police, around 4:44 p.m. on March 11, officers responded to a parking lot outside of a Harris Teeter at 12525 Park Potomac Ave. A 26-year-old woman told police a suspect touched her inappropriately from behind as she was putting her groceries in her car.  She also told police that the suspect had followed her around the store as she was shopping.

When the suspect inappropriately touched her, she confronted him, but he took off on foot, police said.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect in the photos or has any more information about this case can call police at 240-773-6084 or submit a tip anonymously at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477).
