Firefighters put out blaze at Sterling car dealership

WASHINGTON — Firefighters in Loudoun County put out a fire at a car dealership in Sterling, Virginia, on Friday morning.

Firefighters were dispatched to the Ted Britt Chevrolet dealership on Harry Byrd Highway a little after 7 a.m.

When units arrived on the scene, they found several cars on fire and the fire had extended to the building, specifically the roof.

Firefighters were able to stop the spread of the fire and put it out.

No injuries were reported in the fire, however the fire marshal is still on scene assessing how much damage was done.
