PHOTOS: World reacts to Joe Biden being declared President-elect

Democrat Joe Biden has won his race to the White House after the Associated Press called Pennsylvania for him around 11:30 a.m. Saturday, putting him over the decisive 270 electoral vote threshold.

His victory makes President Donald Trump the first one-term president since George H.W. Bush, also a Republican, who lost to Democrat Bill Clinton in 1992.

See some of the scenes as the nation — and the world — reacts to the news of the U.S. announcing its 46th president.
