This real estate purchase would probably hit just about anyone’s salary cap.

Monumental Sports and Entertainment CEO Ted Leonsis’ former home — a compound in McLean, Virginia — is on the market for $14.7 million.

The 3.5-acre property incudes a Georgian-style mansion, Olympic-length pool, tennis court and a guest house.

According to The Washington Business Journal, said guest house has hosted Beyonce and Jay-Z, as well as Capitals star Alex Ovechkin.

Heider Real Estate of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing at 6827 Sorrel Street.

The current seller is Mike Stock.
