Best in food: 2018 RAMMY Award winners

WASHINGTON — On June 10, the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington celebrated the city’s best chefs, restaurants, bakers and more at the 36th Annual RAMMY Awards, hosted at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
