WASHINGTON — Pi Day is recognized every March 14 (3/14) by mathematicians and food fans around the world. After all, it’s the perfect excuse to dig into a pie.

Here are 16 pie recipes to help you celebrate the constant that represents the circumference of a circle to its diameter.
