DC police investigate fatal shooting in Northeast

WASHINGTON — D.C. police detectives are looking for answers after a man was shot and killed in Northeast early Monday morning.

Around 2:30 a.m. Monday, police responded to the sounds of gunshots in the 700 block of Langston Terrace in Northeast, the police said in a press release.

The officers found Anthony Jerome Clark, 24, of Southeast, dead from apparent gunshot wounds.

The Metropolitan Police Department is offering a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible.
