Man killed in D.C. triple shooting

WASHINGTON — A man was fatally shot in a triple shooting Friday in Northeast D.C.

Police say the shooting happened at around 11:30 p.m. in the 3000 block of 25th Street, where police found two men suffering from gunshot wounds.

The men were taken to the hospital with serious injuries, but one of them, Davon Wade, 22, of Northeast, did not survive. Police said Wade succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.

A third person was shot but was taken to the hospital separately, according to police.

Police did not indicate whether any arrests had been made or what may have led to the shooting.
