WASHINGTON – Police say a woman was pulling her car into a parking space on the fourth floor of a parking garage in Towson, Maryland, when the car crashed forward through a concrete barrier, and fell onto a sidewalk below.
The car landed on its roof, and the video shows people running to help the driver, identified as 23-year-old Lindsay Cook.
Cook was not seriously injured.
It happened last week on March 14, and now Baltimore County Police have released surveillance video of the crash.
