Jason Fuller is a multifaceted storyteller from Detroit. He obtained his B.A. in communications and double majored in Africana Studies at the University of New Mexico. After graduation, Jason had a one-year fellowship experience rooted primarily in radio journalism and caught the journo bug!

Afterward, Jason started graduate study at Virginia Commonwealth University and this past May, he obtained a M.S. in Multimedia Journalism.

Prior to working at WTOP, Jason served as a producer for WAMU’s Anacostia Unmapped project and was an Arts and Culture Contributor for WAMU. His niche is Arts & Culture, but loves it when those areas intersect with sports. He’s also the second oldest of six kids.

Jason has an affinity for Cole Haans, deep dish pizza, ciders and ANYTHING associated with Detroit!
