Arlington Co. police ask for help finding serial flasher

WASHINGTON — Police in Arlington County, Virginia are asking for the public’s help in finding a man linked to nine cases of indecent exposure dating back to January.

The incidents have happened around the Radnor-Fort Myer Heights area of Arlington County.

Police said the suspect has approached victims walking in the area while exposing himself.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his 20s or 30s, 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build. In several incidents, the suspect was reported to be wearing dark clothing with a hat or hood pulled tight around his face.

The incidents have happened at the following locations:

  • N. Rolfe Street at 16th Street N. on Jan. 26 at 10:35 p.m.
  • 1800 block of 16th Street N. on Feb. 9 at 9:48 p.m.
  • 2700 block of Carlendon Boulevard on Feb. 13 at 11 p.m.
  • 16th Street N. at N. Rhodes Street on March 3 at 11:58 p.m.
  • 1900 block of Clarendon Boulevard on March 3 at 11:35 p.m.
  • 1900 block of Clarendon Boulevard on April 20 at 9:35 p.m.
  • Wilson Boulevard at N. Troy Street on April 24 at 10:20 p.m.
  • 1900 block of Clarendon Boulevard on May 6 at 10:25 p.m.
  • 1200 block of N. Meade Street on May 6 at 11:20 p.m.
