WASHINGTON —If you see a heavy black smoke near BWI Marshall Airport, don’t worry.
It’s a training exercise by the BWI Fire and Rescue Department, according to Jonathan Dean, a spokesman for the airport.
WTOP listeners reported seeing the smoke around 6 a.m.
