For the second time in a week, the Maryland Transportation Authority has removed the nest of federally protected birds, which built their home in front of a traffic camera at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.
The federally protected birds are seen at it again – building a nest atop a traffic cam on a Md. highway camera along the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.
