WASHINGTON — An arrest has been made in the fatal stabbing of a Manassas, Virginia resident on Thanksgiving Day.
Guillermo Estaban Urrego, 30, of Manassas, was arrested “without incident” Saturday at an apartment in Ashburn, Virginia, Prince William County police said in a news release.
Police accused Urrego of killing Samuel Enrique Godoy-Figueroa, who was suffering from multiple stab wounds when responding officers found him in the 8000 block of Stream Walk Lane.
Police claim Urrego fatally stabbed Godoy-Figueroa during an argument behind a business in Manassas.
The 27-year-old later died at the hospital.
Police said Urrego has been charged with murder and is being held with out bail. A court date is pending.
