WASHINGTON – A couple hit the road Friday night to beat the snowstorm’s path through Pennsylvania, but after getting stuck, the two turned to some inanimate objects for help.
The two got stranded on the Pennsylvania Turnpike for more than 20 hours on their way from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh Friday.
That’s when a couch in the back of their vehicle and a lobster pot helped them make it through the ordeal.
