WASHINGTON — The Virginia governor’s race between now Gov.-elect Ralph Northam and Ed Gillespie frew eyes from all around the nation. When Virginia voters cast their ballots on Nov. 7, they also served as a litmus test less than a year into Donald Trump’s presidency.
