Former Redskins tackle among Pro Football Hall of Fame finalists

WASHINGTON — Fifteen finalists were announced for the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2018 Tuesday night. Joe Jacoby, a former Washington Redskins tackle, made the list.
