Police: Suspects sexually assaulted, bound and gagged woman in Manassas home

WASHINGTON — Two men broke into a Prince William County house Tuesday and sexually assaulted a woman and bound and gagged her along with others in the house before fleeing, police said.

Police said around 2 p.m. Tuesday, two unknown men forced entry into a rear door of a house in the 10000 block of King George Drive in Manassas and demanded money. The men sexually assaulted a 33-year-old woman, bound and gagged her and then fled the scene, according to a police report.

A 19-year-old woman and two children, 5 and 4 years old, also were bound and gagged in the house. Another child, a 1-year-old girl, was found unharmed, police said.

The suspects are described as two black men, and no other information about them was provided.

Police responded to the scene around 3:15 p.m. to investigate a call from a passerby who said there was a woman tied up inside.

Emergency crews transported the two women to an area hospital to treat their minor injuries. The children were not injured.

Police said they are investigating the case.
