National Harbor’s Capital Wheel to change color with 2016 election results

WASHINGTON — The Capital Wheel at National Harbor often changes colors and displays shapes to reflect current events, including a giant C to honor the World Series Champion Chicago Cubs.

But on election night the wheel will one-up itself, becoming a giant, spinning, constantly changing red and blue pie chart.

The wheel will reflect popular vote election results from ABC.

Election results will also be shown on the big screen at National Harbor’s Waterfront Plaza.

In addition, if you wear your “I Voted” sticker to the Wheel on Tuesday, you can ride for $10, which is a $5 discount.
